| Brief Profile (Expertise) | Shaik Rafi Ahmed received Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College, Nellore Distict, Andhra Pradesh, B.Tech degree in EEE from JNTU, Hyderabad, Telangana State in 2008. M.Tech Degree in Power Electronics(EEE) from Royal Institute of Technology & Sciences affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad, Telangana in 2011. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. at the Department of Electrical Engineering, JNTU, Hyderabad, Telangana State, India. His research interests include Power Electronics Drives , Efficient Power Supply Converters with regenerative capabilities for Locomotives, Hybrid Renewable Energy Sources. He has published two papers in conference (indexed in SCOPUS) .He has participated and attended in many FDP’s, Conferences, Workshops, Webinars conducted by IEEE as he is also a member of IEEE. He is Currently Working as Assistant Professor in Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Deccan College of Engineering and Technology, Nampally ,Hyderabad. |
