Dr. Syed Tahaseen Husssain is an Associate Professor in physics and served as  Head Department of Science and Humanities for the three years . He completed his Ph.D. from Osmania University in the year 2006. He also obtain ed post graduate diploma in telecommunication engineering from University of Hyderabad in the year 2002. He was the member of Optical Society of America, USA and Journal for Pure and Applied Physics India.
He joined Deccan College of Engineering and Technology in 1997 and became associate Professor in the year 2007. He organized national workshop on applied physics in association with OSA, USA in the year 2008. He attended 20 National/International/Conference/Seminars/Workshops and published 5 research papers.
