Osmania University Powerlifting Championship
Inter College Championship Power Lifting for Men & Women
Osmania University Inter-collegiate Power Lifting Championship is being organized at Lal Bahadur Stadium, Hyderabad on 20th January, 2023 (Timings: 7:00 AM onwards).
In connection with the above, the following two students from our college had participated and one of the student had won silver medal

Anwarul Uloom College, had organized, Inter college Powerlifting championship on 20Th January 2023. The participants were from 28 colleges under the aegis of Osmania University. Opening ceremony was done byDr.Krishna, ICT Men’s Secretary, he had motivated the participants that winning, and losing is a part of any competition. He had advised the participants to give their best. He had distributed the medals and certificates to the winning students.

Osmania University Best Physique Championship 2022-23
Osmania University Intercollegiate Best Physique Championship was organized at Wesley Degree College, Hyderabad on 4th February 2023 (Timings: noon onwards). In this connection with the above, Mr. Mohammed Eyad student of BE 1st semester ECEfrom our college participated and won a Gold medal. He was also selectedfor the All India Best Physique Championship 2022 – 23* which was held at Yenepoya Deemed University Mangalore from 20th to 22nd February 2023.
Wesley Degree College, sec-bad organized, Inter college Best physic championship on 4th February 2023.The chief guest of the championship was Prof. Pappula Laxminarayana JI Registrar of Osmania University, Guests of honor Principal,and Guests vice Principals, They graced the occasion and motivated the participants that winning and losing is a part of any competition. So deliver your best and prove yourself to be the winner. The participants were from 28 colleges under the aegis of Osmania University. During the closing ceremony of the event Dr.Krishna, ICT Men’s Secretary graced the occasion as the Inter-college Secretary.

The student reported to the venue at 9am. The event was full of excitement. The students showed great enthusiasm through various matches of the competition. All the student qualified for the final round.
Osmania University Carroms Tournament
IIMC College, Lakdikapul organized, the Carroms Inter college tournament on the 16th, and 17th of May 2023. The Chief Guest of the tournament was Sri. K. Raghu Veer, Principal IIMC, and Guests of Honor were the Vice Principal Smt. Saritha, (Admin) Dr. D.Thirumala Rao .They graced the occasion, motivated the participants, and mentioned to students that winning and losing are part of any competition. To deliver your best and prove yourself to be the best. The participants were from 14 colleges under the aegis of Osmania University. During the event’s closing ceremony Dr.Krishna, ICT Men’s Secretary graced the occasion as the Guest of honor. He distributed the medals and certificates to the winning students. Report on Telangana Run
On the occasion of Telangana formation day on 02/06/23 the state police department organized several events out which “Telangana Run” was conducted 12th June with other various colleges our college students of “Deccan College of Engineering and technology” was also taken part in this event.
The event was conducted at IMAX OPEN GROUND the total no of students participated in the event were 60 out of which 40 were boys and 20 girls.
The students reported at ground at 5:45AM, the program commenced at 6:00AM,and the students were provided with t-shirts and caps, the program started with some music followed by a quick warm up…

Men’s Table Tennis team has participated in the Osmania University Inter College Tournament at Arora P.G.College, Ramanthapur on 17th and 18th August, 2006. Forty Colleges has participated in this tournament. Deccan College of Engineering & Technology bags Runners up in the tournament abainst Badruka day. Deccan College of Engineering & Technology crushed Chaitanya Bharati Institute & Technology in pre quarters, Muffakham Jah College of Engineering in quarters and I.I.M College in the semi-finals.

Women’s Table Tennis Team
Deccan College Women’s Table Tennis Team has participated first time in the Inter College Table Tennis Osmania University Tournment. The Deccan Team Tops in thier pool and played Semi-Finals against St.Anns, Mehdipatnam and defeating them to reach finals with CBIT. Deccan team has given very tough competition to CBIT and lost in the decider set. The tournment was organised by CBIT at CBIT campus on 8th and 9th September, 2006.
