MCA Course Duration

The duration of the Course Master of Computer Application (MCA) is TWO academic years. Each of the academic years shall be divided into two semesters hereinafter referred to as the First semester and Second semester in chronological order. Each semester shall comprise of 15 Weeks instruction.

The almanac preferably as given below:
I Semester :

  • Duration of instruction - 15 Weeks
  • Preparation Holidays - 2 Weeks
  • Duration of examinations - 2/3 Weeks

II Semester :

  • Duration of instruction - 15 Weeks
  • Preparation Holidays - 2 Weeks
  • Duration of examinations - 2/3 Weeks
  • Vacation - 4 Weeks after the examination
