The Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Cell (IEDC) is headed by Dr. Md. Azizuddin,Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering and being Co-ordinated by Dr. Syed Azeem Pasha,Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering.Training and Placement Cell is being Co-ordinated by Mr.Syed Mujtaba Mahdi Mudassir.
The IEDC aims at creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem in the campus and also provides a forum for students to translate an idea into a fundable technology business. The cell also has an objective of equipping the faculty who are interested in and passionate about implementing programs. The cell shall encourage the students to think beyond placements or employment. Many motivating speeches and awareness programs shall be conducted to strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit of the students.

To cater the needs of budding entrepreneurs with innovative ideas of societal relevance and there introducing a culture of entrepreneurship inside campus which strengthens the education system
Mission
To develop an eco-friendly system with required infrastructure which will enable students
and faculty to innovate & develop their ideas with industrial standards and to seek support
from government, industry and reputed academic institutions globally and create
employment opportunity

4. To improve the managerial capabilities
• Encourage non-corporate and unorganized sectors like education, rural development, small-scale industry etc.
• Participate in institution entrepreneur building efforts
• Respond effectively to the emerging challenges and opportunities and practice through exploration.
